Dhar (Madhya Pradesh) : Hindus elected BJP to power for its promise to look after interests of Hindus  in M.P; but in the past 10 years, BJP has governed this State going against Hindus. Did Hindus elect them for this purpose ? Those who are claiming to fight elections on the point of development, instead of Hinduttva, should explain whether Hinduttva creates obstacles in development ?, asked Shri. Navalkishore Sharma, a staunch pro-Hindu activist who is contesting State assembly elections from 4 constituencies. He held a meeting on 16th November in Rajawada Chowk. The meeting received spontaneous response from people. ‘Panchpithadhishwar’ Acharya Dharmendra Maharaj and Poojya Santoshgiri Maharaj aka Bal Murari Bapuji were present on the occasion. In a meeting held for candidate of BJP, its national President Rajnath Singh was present; but the crowd pulled by Shri. Sharma was three times more than this meeting.

Few Muslims attended the ‘sabha’ till the end and women also attended in large number. Shri. Sharma made an appeal to people to donate money; many people immediately went to stage and offered money, in response. One devout Hindu offered his two-wheeler and 4- wheeler, for propagation.

Police try to oppose

Police confirmed whether permission was taken for holding the ‘sabha’ and asked for a copy of permission granted by the police. Then without reading the copy properly, police claimed that permission was granted only for one loudspeaker; however, they were asked to read the copy of permission giving approval for use of 8 loud-speakers.

Highlight

Few policemen said that Shri. Navalkishore Sharma was the right candidate while talking in private.
