The National Investigating Agency (NIA) filed a charge sheet against 11 persons in connection with Margao bomb blast case on 17th May 2010. Hatred against Sanatan has been published in the editorial by the daily Marathi newspaper ‘Lokmat’ under the heading ‘Ardhavat, ekangi arop-patra (Incopmplete, one-sided charge sheet)’, it has been mentioned that although all the persons against whom charge sheet has been filed belonged to Sanatan Sanstha, the investigating agency has not been able to prove Sanatan’s involvement in the case which is sluggishness on its part.
These 11 persons are connected to each other and to Sanatan. In fact, the common thread joining all of them is Sanatan. Even then, not to include the Sanstha in charge sheet, is not understandable.
Sanatan Sanstha has never denied that the accused were practicing spirituality under the guidance of Sanatan. Spreading spirituality, protection of Nation and Dharma are the main activities of Sanatan. The acts of the accused for which they are charge sheeted is not what the Sanstha preaches.
Even then, expecting the Sanstha to be charge-sheeted, shows ‘Lokmat’s hatred towards Sanatan. To insist for inclusion of Sanatan’s name in the charge sheet is like the editor trying to take on the role of the investigating agency. In short, accusations should be as expected by ‘Lokmat’, charge-sheet also to be as expected by ‘Lokmat’ and even the justice to be as wanted by ‘Lokmat’! How can it be possible?
There are many Congress MPs who are criminals. The common thread joining them is Congress. Will ‘Lokmat’ dare to write such things? – Trustee, Sanatan Sanstha.
