1.Clean the place and the utensils used for meals.
2.Wash your hands, feet and face before taking meals.
3.Instead of sitting on dinning table or directly on the floor, take a carpet or wooden plank to sit.
4.Before you start eating, recite this shloka :
vadani kaval gheta naam ghya shri-hariche l
|
jani bhojani naam vache vadave l
|
5.Food should not be trodden under feet. To avoid this collect the food particles spilled around the eating plate after the meals.
