SC Verdict will end vote bank politics

The Supreme Court has given a judgment on Ninth Schedule of the Constitution . According to the judgment If any law violates the basic structure of the Constitution or goes against the fundamental rights, it can be struck down. Which will end the vote bank politics. Read more »

Hindus warn police of agitation for non-action on denigration complaint

A complaint was lodged against Shri. Vishwas Deshmukh, writer of a Marathi book titled ‘Ganapatichi Sangeet Pretyatra’ as the book denigrates Lord Ganesh. The complaint was lodged with the police on 26th December 2006 for hurting feelings of Hindus; but no action has been taken as yet. The Hindus have, therefore, warned that an agitation will be started if police fails to take action. Read more »
