Solapur – Currently many people are facing stress and its effects are also visible in the families. We attribute our stress to other people or external circumstances; but our flawed personality is responsible for 90 to 95 percent of stress. Therefore, give priority to eliminate these flaws, said Shri. Dattatraya Pise of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. He was speaking at a lecture organized for the employees of Shri Chowdeshwari Togatveer Kshatriya Nagari Cooperative Credit Union here. On this occasion, 64 people including trustees, senior officials and employees of the credit institution attended the lecture.

A lecture on Stress Management was organized on 25th May at Shree Chowdeshwari Mangal Karyalay, Kanna Chowk for all the employees of the 8 branches of the institution. Shri. Myakal, trustee of the Credit Union felicitated Shri. Pise.

Shri. Pise further said that there are many situations where stress is created while working. It si possible to overcome this stress by finding the root cause at the physical, psychological and intellectual level, taking suggestions, and chanting.

Many attendees appreciated the lecture and found it useful.
