Hindus should practice spirituality to realise the goal of Ram Rajya! – Vishwanath Kulkarni, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

Grand Hindu Ekta Shobhayatra organised by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti in Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh).

Varanasi – After a struggle of 500 years by Saints, sects, Hindu organizations and Hindus, Ramlalla is now enshrined in the grand Shriram temple in Ayodhya. So now if the people want Ram Rajya, every Hindu must abide by Dharma and practice spirituality. With this aim in mind, a grand Hindu Ekta Shobhayatra was organized on the occasion of Ram Navami by the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. Officials of many Hindu organisations, advocates, representatives of trade associations and Shriram devotees participated in this procession.

The Dharmadhwaj was ritualistically worshipped and the procession began from Madagin Chowk with the blowing of a conch. The participants chanted ‘Shri Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram’ throughout the shobhayatra which concluded at Chittaranjan Park.

The image of Shriram in the procession was worshiped by various Hindu devotees of the society throughout the route.

Uttar Pradesh and Bihar State Coordinator of the Committee Vishwanath Kulkarni said, “Ramlalla coming back to Ayodhya is a sign of the realisation od Ram Rajya in the country. On the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami, all Hindus should unite and resolve to realise the goal of Ram Rajya, and also practice spirituality to increase spiritual strength”.

1. A couple from France was overwhelmed by the procession. They recorded the Yatra.

2. At the end of the procession, a policeman said that the procession was very peaceful and that he was very happy. He expressed his desire to practice spirituality.

3. The devout Hindu in the procession were encouraging each other to chant.
