The work done when in communion with God prospers! – Swami Samanandagiri Maharaj
India is a spiritual country. It is functioning on Divine energy. A Divine resolve is at work here. Bhagwan Shrikrishna gave man the system of leading a good life through Yajnas. Bhahwan Shrikrishna has conveyed the knowledge of Vedas to all through the Bhagavad Gita. Man can connect with God through tyag (sacrifice), daan (charity) and tapas (meditation). Through it man can attain spiritual elevation, but if man forgets these basic concepts, he may be led astray in life. Spiritual power provides the necessary energy to accelerate the ongoing tasks. So all work done when in communion with God prospers, said Swami Samanandagiri Maharaj, Trustee of Samvit Gangayan Trust, Haridwar, Maheshwar, Madhya Pradesh.
He further said that Indian culture is an advanced culture that has been developed by Sages. Physical, psychological and spiritual strength are required to perform any Divine work here. If we act according to Shastras, we can attain Guru’s Shakti. By doing sattvik work, we are benefitted from the power of God. The mind becomes tejasvi (bright, illuminated). The task at hand will bear fruits if it is accomplished with faith and after learning its underlying secrets.
While serving Dharma, remember Shrikrishna’s words that God is the ultimate doer – Ras Acharya Dr Dharmayash, Founder, Dharma Sthapanam Foundation, Indonesia
Bhagwan Shrikrishna has told Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita, that he is but an instrument for the accomplishment of God’s work. Hindus should remember these words when serving Dharma and do so with unwavering faith. Once in Indonesia, 300 people attacked me with stones and weapons while I was carrying scriptures through a jungle to spread Dharma, but God saved me in that situation. Do not forget God while serving Dharma. Hindu Dharma is the only religion that can benefit the world. We should spread this Dharma. Saints also followed this Dharma. One should study spirituality and emulate Saints.
We are spreading the Bhagavad Gita in Indonesia. 8 to 10 thousand people come together and recite Bhagavad Gita. If one abides by Dharma, arth, kama and yasha (success) are attained. But one should not abide by Dharma wishing for these. One should serve Sanatan Dharma selflessly. We are spreading the culture that our ancestors followed in Indonesia like preparing food only after bathing in the morning, starting work only after worshiping God, etc.
The darkness around Hindu Rashtra has to be dispelled – Dr. Devkaran Sharma, Founder, Saptarishi Gurukul, Ujjain
India has been a Hindu Rashtra from inception of creation, it is now and will remain a Hindu Rashtra as long as the Sun, Moon, and Himalayas remain. The Hindu Rashtra is like the Sun. Just as the Sun gets obscured when there are clouds or during an eclipse, the Hindu Rashtra is now eclipsed. The darkness of this eclipse must be dispelled, said Dr Devkaran Sharma (Founder, Saptarishi Gurukul). He was addressing the audience on the third day of the Vaishvik Hindu Rashtra Mahotsav (2024).
Dr. Sharma said, “If education goes wrong, the vision goes wrong, with that thoughts go wrong and karma goes wrong with thoughts. When the education system was good, India was the world leader. When the Macaulay system of education was introduced in India, education collapsed and so did the nation. Even during the Mughal era, the kingdoms of King Chhatrasal, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj were Hindu Rashtra. No one except Hindus can say Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. Such a generous mindset does not exist anywhere else in the world. Spiritual power bestows the qualities of forgiveness, peace and non-violence. These things should be learned from the biographies of Shriram and Shrikrishna. To understand these principles, is education. The Hindu Rashtra will truly shine when the Gurukul system is reintroduced.”
Saints should take the initiative to ensure children are provided education on Dharma! – Guru Maa Bhuvaneshwari Puri, Founder, Srikulam Ashram and Srividya Van Vidyalaya, Udaipur, Rajasthan
Students learn many things, but not about Dharma. Students should be taught about Dharma at an early age. Information on matters like the correct way to do namaskar (Offer obeisance), using the japmala (Rosary), pradakshina (Circumambulation), naamjap (Chanting the name of a Deity), our national heroes, our Deities, should be instructed at an early age. Small courses (capsule courses) should be prepared to impart education on Dharma. It is essential to impart education on Dharma to students attending convent or private schools, because there is no system to provide it to them now. Apart from imparting education on Dharma, small gurukuls should be also created.
We started Gurukul with 3 children. Now parents queue up to enroll their children in our Gurukul. Today, parents choose good sanskars (values) for their children over English speaking skills. Students are in dire need of education on Dharma. All the Saints should participate in the mission to provide education on Dharma to Hindu children. Everyone should educate at least 5 people. If children obtain instruction on Dharma, the conversion activities of missionaries will automatically stop.
Only Sanatan Sanstha provides education on Dharma in a scientific language
While praising Sanatan Sanstha’s contributions, Guru Maa Bhuvaneshwari Puri said that many organisations and institutions provide education on Dharma, but they do not have complete knowledge. Most of the places have denominational information. Only Sanatan Sanstha provides comprehensive and scientific information on Dharma.
