Live performance set to a powada presented at Eklagne
Jalgaon – The Hindu Janajagruti Samiti organised programmes to pay homage to Chh. Shivaji Maharaj on the occasion of Shiv Pratap Din, at 10 places in the district. An image of Maharaj was worshipped, followed by a lecture on the history of Shiv Pratap Din and the importance of awakening valour.
On this occasion, the children of the Eklagne village presented a live performance set to a Powada on the slaying of Afzal Khan.
Ranragini branch of HJS inaugurated at Eklagne
On this occasion the Ranaragini branch of the HJS was inaugurated in the village. The Ranaraginis of the village decided to work towards awareness, unification and protection of Dev, Desh and Dharma.
