Samiti seekers presenting self-defense techniques

Pune, December 22 (News) – Hindu Janajagruti Samiti conducted a lecture on the need to learn self defense and showcased self-defense techniques on December 21 at the ‘Hindu Seva Mahotsav’ organized at the grounds of S.P. College here. Ms. Prachi Shintre of HJS spoke on ‘Self-defense Training and Education on Dharma: The Need of the Hour’. This also included the topic of ‘Love Jihad: An International Conspiracy’. This was followed by a demonstration of self-defense techniques. Mock situations showing how trained youth can resist attacks were shown. Over 300 attendees attended the lecture and demonstration. On this occasion, Sanatan’s Saint Pujya (Mrs.) Manisha Pathak and Mr Jeevan Dharmadhikari of ‘Hindu Seva Sangh’ were present.

Mr Gunwant Singh Kothari paid a courtesy visit to the HJS exhibition on books published by the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. He was presented with a Hindi book on the need for Hindu Rashtra. He highly appreciated the self-defense demonstration. The founder and Mukhya Acharya of ‘Savyasachi Gurukulam’, Mr Lakhan Jadhav Guruji, also paid a courtesy visit. Various other dignitaries also paid a visit to the HJS stall.
