Kolhapur – Mr Charudatta Joshi, the channel editor of B News hosted the popular ‘Samvad-Prativaad’ programme here. In this episode he hosted the national organiser of Mandir Mahasangh Mr Sunil Ghanwat and the Kolhapur district coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti Mr Kiran Duse. Issues discussed included the establishment of Mandir Mahasangh, its purpose and necessity, the role of Mandir Mahasangh in freeing temples from government control, why Kumbh Mela is celebrated and its necessity, ‘Wakf’ encroachment on temple land, while also addressing the various questions in the minds of devotees in this regard.
