A case has been filed against ‘Orkut’ website at Pune for deplorable denigration of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Lord Rama. An assurance was given by the police to investigate the matter. A manufacturer of ‘chewing tobacco (Zarda)’ has used the picture of saint Tulsidas on its packets. Shri. Purushottam Das of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti protested in a letter to the company. The company didn’t take any action, hence HJS sent a legal notice to them. Read more »
