Provide security and firearm license to Shri. T Raja Singh

Shri. Raja Singh Lodh is a BJP MLA from Goshamahal legislative assembly constituency in Hyderabad, Telangana State and a staunch Hindu leader. He and his family members are receiving threats to their lives by making them calls on the telephone and mobile phones since past few days. Shri. Raja Singh Lodh has already lodged a complaint with local Police station along with the telephone numbers through which the calls are being received. However, it appears that the Police have not made any investigation nor arrested any elements indulged in issuing threats.

Shri. Raja Singh Lodh is a staunch Hindu leader, who organises a grand procession in Hyderabad city on the day of Ramnavami every year. Lakhs of Hindus gather to participate in the procession. It is highly possible that  Shri. Raja Singh Lodh is receiving threats due to above reason. Therefore, we are raising demands that  MLA Shri. Raja Singh Lodh and his family should be provided with the additional security and he be issued firearm licence for self-defence. If any untoward incident were to happen about the security of  Shri. Raja Singh Lodh, action should be taken against the Home Minister of Telangana and the Police Commissioner of Hyderabad city holding them responsible for the mishap. To press for above demands, the Rashtriya Hindu Andolan is being organised at various places throughout the country.

Shri. Raja Singh Lodh has begun to raise voice against the injustice meted out to Hindus in Telangana. He is opposing cow-slaughter and illegal slaughter-houses in Hyderabad. Therefore, fanatic butchers are likely to be after the life of  Shri. Raja Singh Lodh.  The communal organisation MIM is active in Hyderabad and MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi and MP Asaduddin Owaisi of MIM always deliver provocative addresses against Hindus.  Since MLA  Shri. Raja Singh Lodh is opposing their fanatic ideology, anti-national  workers of MIM are also likely to indulge in some misadventure.

Even though BJP is in power in Centre and  Shri. Raja Singh Lodh is a very popular representative of the people, the Police is not taking the threats received by him seriously. Despite lodging a written complaint along with the phone numbers of the threatening elements, no investigation is carried out so far. Similarly, even when the family members of  Shri. Raja Singh Lodh are living constantly in the fear of their lives, no additional security is provided to them. The issue of firearm licence is being denied to him under one pretext or the another. Under such circumstances, anti-national opponents of Shri. Raja Singh Lodh may attack him fatally.  Action should be taken against the Home Minister of Telangana and the Police Commissioner of Hyderabad city holding them responsible for any untoward incident.
