वर्तमान में चल रहे क्रिकेट विश्व कप २०१५ में भारतीय टीम ने दक्षिण अफ्रिका की टीम को हाल ही में एक मैच में हराया । इस पर प्रसिद्ध समाचार जालस्थल भास्कर डॉट कॉम ने एक समाचार बनाया है ।
ए.बी.डी. विलीयर्स को क्रिकेट सार : हे पार्थ, सुनो, समझो और अप्लाई करो ! इस शीर्षक से विडंबनात्मक विषय प्रस्तुत किया गया है । जिसमें भगवान श्रीकृष्ण, अर्जुन तथा भगवद्गीता के श्लोकों का विविध चित्रों द्वारा घोर अनादर किया गया है । इसमें दक्षिण अफ्रिका की टीम के कर्णधार ए.बी.डी. विलीयर्स को अर्जुन के रूप में दिखाकर, वो भगवान श्रीकृष्ण की शरण आया है, ऐसे दिखाया है । और भगवान श्रीकृष्ण यदा यदा हि अफ्रीकस्य मैचहराति भारत: ऐसा कह रहे हैं ।
आठ पन्नों की इस वार्ता में भास्कर ने अफ्रिकी टीम की हार के बारे में उन्हें भगवद्गीता के विविध श्लोक सुनाते हुए दिखाया है ।इस माध्यम से भगवद्गीता का भी हीन स्तर पर विडंबन किया गया है ।
भगवान श्रीकृष्ण, अर्जुन तथा भगवद्गीता का अनादर होने से विश्व भर के हिन्दुआें की धार्मिक भावनाएं आहत हुई हैं । धर्मप्रेमी हिन्दू इस अनादर का विरोध कर रहे हैं । हिन्दू जनजागृति समिति को ज्ञात होते ही समिति ने भी तत्परता से भास्कर डॉट कॉम को विरोध पत्र लिखकर इसका निषेध किया है ।
