Kolhapur : Recently, the Union Government has amended ‘Prevention of cruelty to animals’ Act and imposed ban on cow-slaughter in this country. Few social miscreants of Kerala Youth Congress tried to stage riots by killing cows in public and challenged the Union Government. It has created deep anger amongst Hindus and has hurt religious sentiments of 100 crores Hindus. It is difficult to imagine how many cows these atrocious people must have killed so far. All persons connected with this wrong should be investigated thoroughly and Kerala Congress Youth activists, who killed cows on roads, should be hanged in public. The above demand was made by ‘Hindutvavadis’ during demonstrations staged on 31st May at Shivaji Chowk at 12 noon. The demonstrations were held on behalf of Vishwa Hindu Parishada (VHP).
