Why should there be opposition to ban on beef if ‘pork’ can be banned in Islamic countries ? – HJS

Congress leaders from Kerala hurt religious sentiments of Hindus by slaughtering cows, right on the roads. Today, anyone and everyone is hurting religious sentiments of Hindus. In a country where Hindus are in majority, when is the Government, which is concerned about religious sentiments of non-Hindus, going to be sensitive towards Hindus’ religious sentiments? In Islamic countries, there is ban on pork; in few countries there is ban on horse-meat; so in a country where Hindus are in majority, imposing ban on beef is most appropriate thing to do. The Government should severely implement law banning beef, is the demand made by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS).

Communist Chief Minister of Kerala declared passing of new law opposing the law passed by Union Government. HJS has also demanded life imprisonment for the offence of cow-slaughter as suggested by Rajasthan High Court.
