Mangaluru : HJS participates in a program on importance of ‘Vedas’ and ‘Yadnya’

Mangaluru : A program was organized at ‘Kolya Sri Mukambika Devalaya’ on importance of ‘Vedas’ and ‘Yadnyas’. Shri. Narayan, Director of ‘Janmabhoomi Swasahay Sauharda Sangh’; Shri. Ashok Kumar, retired Manager of Syndicate Bank, Shri. Raghav, retired police officer, Shri. Madhusudan, the President of ‘Sri Mukambika Devalaya’, Shri. Deepak, Convener of ‘Kashyap Veda Research Foundation’, Shri. Shyam Bhat, Priest of ‘Mukambika Devalaya’ and Shri. Chandra Moger of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) were present.

Shri. Chandra Moger said while addressing the participants that there are many branches in medical science these days and we call it as development; similarly, Hindus’ Saints have invented the principles of Deities and there is reference of 33 crores of Gods in Hindu Dharma. There are as many ways of worshipping as people in Hindu Dharma and several ‘Dharma-granthas (Holy Scriptures)’ are available. When a person does ‘sadhana’ as per own nature and way suitable to him, God realization is possible. It is the supremacy of Hindu Dharma.

The program was concluded with demonstration on how to perform ‘Agnihotra’.
