Hindus, offer gratitude at the feet Sri Ganesha for this success

Yeotmal (Maharashtra): An advertisement of Verma Tractor and batteries was published in the Yeotmal District edition of ‘Dainik Lokmat’ on 8th September under the title ‘New Holiday Tractor’. In this advertisement, Sri Ganesha has been denigrated by showing Him as driving a tractor.  (Hindus, try to understand what is denigration of Deities, stop it and acquire Deity’s grace ! – Editor SP)
Mr. Nikhil Giri, a devout Hindu saw this advertisement and realised the denigration. He informed Mr. Lahu Khamankar, a member of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) about it.Mr. Khamankar prepared a SMS and sent it to many devout Hindus asking them to contact office of ‘Verma Tractor and Batteries.” (Congratulations to all devout Hindus who, through the medium of cell phone, promptly tried to stop denigration of Deity ! – Editor SP)

Initially, Mr. Verma failed to notice the denigration; but devout Hindus explained to him how he had denigrated Sri Ganesha. Apology was rendered immediately and it was also informed that the company would be rendering apology in writing in a press conference. They also thanked devout Hindus for pointing out the mistake to them and assured that such mistake would not be committed in future.
