Ban ‘Believer’s’ sect engaged in religious hooliganism in Goa !

HJS demands to government !

Panaji : Mr. Haridas Naik was beaten inhumanly by hooligans of ‘Believers’ for registering a complaint against the illegal centre of ‘Believers’ at Sancoale. Timely intervention of Mr. Naik’s relatives saved his life. Instead of taking any action in this regard on hooligans police have given them protection. This is nothing but appeasement of minorities. There is religious rift in Sancoale because of this incident and Hindus are under fear. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) demands to ban ‘Believer’s’ sect engaged in religious hooliganism in Goa !

Since last 4 years Mr. Haridas Naik has been registering complaints with local panchayat and Verna police in this case; but in vain. Now there was an attempt to kill him. Some days back taking objection to the statement made by H.H. Sadhvi Saraswati, secular organisations and political parties had made a hue and cry saying it had given rise to law and order situation in Goa; but despite three days having passed since ‘Believers’ hooligans beating Mr. Naik at Sancoale, these (Peace lovers?) secular organisations and political parties have not even shown any protest and are mum. Is this called secularism? If a cow-slaughterer is beaten or if a stone is thrown at any church then the whole country starts roaring; but when attempts are made to kill Hindus then the so called secularists stay calm, is this secularism? Why those politicians who are always making false accusations on Hindu organisations, keeping quiet now or are they scared of the ‘Believers’ hooligans ?

Just with a possibility of disturbing peace in Goa, Devout Hindu leader and the founder- president of Sriram Sena Mr. Pramod Mutalik has been banned entry in Goa for the past 3 years; as against this ‘Believers’ who have been engaged in activities creating religious unrest and taking law into their hands repeatedly, have been given protection by the government, which is mysterious. Immediate ban should be imposed on this ‘Believers’ organisation in Goa and strict action should be taken on its hooligans, is a demand made by the HJS.
