Pro-Hindus display board depicting Afzal Khan’s slaying in Kolhapur : Police issue notice to 9 pro-Hindus

Kolhapur (Maharashtra): Today, India is under attack from terrorists and naxalites and the Congress Government is following the path of discussions to fight against these problems. The soft attitude of Congress towards these problems has resulted in flourishing terrorism and naxalism in the past 60 years. The Government will have to follow the path of Chhatrapati Shivaraya to eliminate these problems. The above views were expressed by Mr. Dilip Bhivate, the Vice-President of ‘Hindu Ekata Andolan’ for Maharashtra. A digital board depicting the scene of Afzal Khan’s slaying has been put up by Shri. Sambhajirao Salunkhe, the President of Bajarang Dal for Western Maharashtra and Shri. Vishal Bongale in ‘Maruti Chowk’. Shri. Bhivate was speaking on this occasion.

Police had issued a notice to the pro-Hindus when they had gone to seek permission to display such board and even refused permission for the same. Thereafter, the devout Hindus had a meeting and it was decided to display the board. The board was thus displayed today. Police have immediately taken a note of the same and have issued a notice to 9 pro-Hindus that in case there is any law and order problem, the devout Hindus would be responsible. Mr. Bhivate made an appeal to all ‘Ganesh Mandals’ to display the board as per their capacity.
