HJS pays tribute to Bajiprabhu Deshpande and brave ‘mawlas’ at Pavankhind

‘Hindutvavadis’ gathered to pay homage to Bajiprabhu Deshpande and mawlas

Malkapur (Dist. Kolhapur) : On 10th July, on the occasion of Martyr Day of Narveer Bajiprabhu Deshpande, Phulajiprabhu Deshpande and loyal mawlas of Chhatrapati Shivaraya, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) held Martyr Day and paid homage to the memories of all the above brave warriors. This is being done for the last ten years by Shivaji-patrons. More than 30 ‘Hindutvavadis’ attended the program.

‘Rudrapanna’ and ‘Dugdhabhishek’ was performed by ‘Purohit’ Shri. Ravindra Joshi through 7 ‘Purohits’ despite it was raining heavily on the ‘Shiva-pindi’ at ‘Pavankhind’. Later, Prof. Namdevrao Jadhav, a descendant of Rajmata Jijau spoke on the topic of ‘Pavankhinditil Shaurya (Bravery at Pavankhind)’. He had also made arrangements for snacks for all Shivaji-patrons in attendance.

Shri. Dhananjay Sapre, Shri. Omkar Joshi, Shri. Siddhesh Joshi, Shri. Sunil Shenekar, Shri. Amol Dhavalikar, Shri. Prashant Tare, Shri. Jitendra Kothavale, Shri. Mangesh Mirajkar, Shri. Mahesh Patil, a renowned businessman, ‘Shivarashtra Hikers’ Group’s Shri. Prashant Salunkhe, ‘Hindavi Parivar’, Shri. Nandkumar Bhopale of HJS along with Sanatan seekers were present on the occasion.
