HJS has taken a vow in real sense of the term, to protect ‘Hinduism’!

Mumbai (Maharashtra) : ‘Hinduism’ is a live coal. It is a very difficult task to do anything for protection of Hinduism and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has taken up this vow in the real sense of the term for protection of Hindu Dharma. The above views commending HJS were expressed by Mr. Sadchidananda Shevade, National ‘Pravachankar’ as the main speaker on the occasion of celebration of 8th anniversary of HJS. About 350 devout Hindus attended the program which was held at Vanita Vikas Mandal Hall in Ghatkopar (East).

Dr. Shevade said, “Swatantryaveer Savarkar had said that ‘Hinduttva’ is a live coal. Those, who insult it, will scald their hands i.e. they will become like Congress. Many political parties have become another Congress because of their actions. Today, importance is given to decoration while cooking any item rather than its taste even on ‘Doordarshan’. Those, who are defaming Hindu Dharma, are following the same policy. Those who talk about Hindu Dharma, are called ‘Hinduttvavadi’ in a derogating manner. Tell such people firmly that we are living in Hindustan; therefore, we will talk about them only.” The program began with blowing of conch followed with Dr. Shevade lighting the lamp. A message sent by H. H. Dr. Jayant Balaji Athavale was read out in the program; then an informative booklet explaining expansive activities undertaken by HJS was released on the occasion by Dr. Shevade.

Narrow-mindedness is responsible for destruction of Hindus ! – Dr. Uday Dhuri

Dr. Uday Dhuri of HJS said, “Hindus do not think beyond their families and they feel that their family should be protected. This narrow-mindedness is responsible for destruction of Hindus. HJS has been active in trying , in lawful manner, to prevent various attacks in the form of ploy like ‘love jihad’, ‘governmentalization of temples’, breaking of the idols of their Deities etc. taking place against Hindu Dharma during the past 8 years. Success is achieved only due to the blessings of Saints received for such divine activities. Hindus who are influenced by western culture and are after English medium schools, need to revive the lost respect towards Dharma.” Mr. Narendra Surve of HJS presented a review of HJS activities. He said that HJS is committed to fight against the attacks taking place on Dharma by uniting all Hindus.” The program was concluded with singing of ‘Vande Mataram’.

• Mr. Satish Sonar of HJS felicitated Dr. Shevade whereas Dr. Dhuri was felicitated by Mr. Shirish Mahajan, a devout Hindu.
• The exhibition showing various activities undertaken by HJS all over the world and its sister concern ‘Ranaragini’ was held at the venue which turned out to be the centre of attraction.
• Signature drive against the Government’s proposed Act to take over Hindu temples was undertaken at the venue.

• Mr. Dattaram Gujar, former area-chief of Shiv Sena and the President of Saint Dnyaneshwar Vidyalaya offered place in the school to hold review meeting. 
• Mr. Sandip Rane of ‘Swararaj Pratishthan’ made available the digital boards for publicity of the program and arranged to display them at important places.
