Pargaon (Dist. Kolhapur) : Local devout Hindus organized a rally on 14th August in the background of ‘Shravan’ Monday for spreading importance of Hindu Dharma, solutions to prevailing condition of Hindu Dharma and protection of Dharma. Shri. Manoj Khadye, western Maharashtra Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) informed about various attacks on Dharma and explained need for Hindu Rashtra for protection of Dharma. Shri. Kiran Duse, Coordinator of HJS for Kolhapur gave guidance on the topic of ‘Need for Dharmashikshan’ to about 200 devout Hindus attending the meeting.
The rally was organized by devout Hindu Shri. Mahesh Sutar, helped by other devout Hindus viz. Shri. Suraj Patil, Shri. Swarup Patil, Shri. Suhas Patil, Shri. Netaji Patil, Shri. Abhijit Mohite, Shri. Shubham Nikam, Shri. Santosh Patil, Shri. Vijay Lokhande and Dr. Rahul More. Shri. Manoj Khadye was welcomed by Hatkanangale Panchayat member Shri. Shivaji Sadyu; Dr. Rahul More welcomed Shri. Anand Patil, a businessman and civil engineer and Shri. Kiran Duse was welcomed by Shri. Kishore Patil, another civil engineer. The program was compeered by Shri. Prasad Kulkarni of HJS.

1. There was good response to ‘sattvik’ products of Sanatan Sanstha and book exhibition set up at the venue of the program.
2. Local youth collected donations from people for arranging ‘mahaprasad’ after the rally.
