Pune : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has undertaken ‘Shaurya Jagaran (awakening valour)’ drive at various places, including ‘Ganeshotsav Mandals’, on the occasion of Ganesh festival. Very good response is received to this drive from ‘Ganeshotsav Mandals’ and youth. There is demand for conducting self-defence training classes at many places. It is a drive undertaken to appeal Hindus to awaken their brilliance.
What is ‘Shaurya Jagaran’ drive ?
There is lot of insecurity amongst people. Instances like rape, riots, terrorists’ attacks are taking place constantly. It is necessary to get trained for self-protection in such happenings instead of depending on anyone else, for own protection. The physical and mental strength i.e. ‘Shaurya’ when awakened in a person, he or she becomes more competent. A short-play is presented under this drive showing condition of an individual on facing any adverse situation and changes taking place due to awakening of ‘shaurya’ in such person and how to face such adverse conditions.
