‘Rashtriya Tattvadnya Din’ celebrated in memory of Adi Shankaracharya; HJS participates

New Delhi : On the auspicious day of Buddha-Pournima, ‘Rashtriya Tattvadnya Din’ was celebrated to commemorate Adi Shankaracharya. The program was held by ‘Navodayam’ and ‘Faith Foundation’. MP Shri. Ashwini Chaube, Shri. Alok Kumar, Secretary of RSS, Professor Anamika, Chief of Sanskrut Department from ‘Gargi College’, Sadhvi Tapeshwari Bharatiji from ‘Divya Jyoti Jagruti Sanstha’ were the dignitaries present besides, more than 200 devotees. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) also participated in the program.

Message sent by Shri. Mahesh Sharma, Union ‘Sanskruti’ Minister was read out on the occasion. Demand was made to the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand for building ‘Shankaracharya Smruti Bhavan’ at Kedarnath, the place where Adi Shankaracharya gave last ‘dasrhan’ so that devotees would be able to sit and pray there. Global Society, Yuva Foundation and Raman Kendra also participated in the program. Shri. Pankaj Chaturvedi of Global Society did compeering of the program which was attended by even members of ‘Hindu Heritage Foundation’ from Delhi and Bengaluru.
