Solapur (Maharashtra): The workers of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) distributed ‘gold’ to their Hindu brethren wearing traditional clothes on the occasion of ‘Vijaya-Dashami’ at Park Chowk. Hindu men were welcomed by applying ‘Tilak’ on their forehead. HJS made an appeal to Hindus to unite for protection of Dharma. More than 1000 Hindus visited the place.
Hindus commend the drive at Barshi
Barshi (Dist. Solapur) – At Sri Bhavani Mandir in Kasba Peth, HJS greeted fellow-Hindus between 4.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m. Hindus expressed need to have such undertakings for unity of Hindus and lauded HJS activities. Many dignitaries, including Mr. Anil Pawar of Hindu Mahasabha, Mr. Dattatreya More and former city-President of BJP etc. visited the HJS Cell. Mr. Vikram Ghodke of HJS was present with many HJS workers.
