Then Mulsims would not have got land in Ayodhya ! – Advocate Sovani

Mumbai: The issue was never income about the controversial land in Ayodhya. In fact, 27 points out of 28 points presented by ‘Sunni Wakf Board’ were dismissed in the absence of evidence. Had there been an issue of income, Muslims would not have got even one foot of land. Considering that the matter involves only faith and Muslims were reading ‘namaz’ at this place during 1528 to 1949 that they have got a piece of this land. The above views were expressed by Advocate Mr. Ganesh Sovani practicing in Mumbai High Court while answering a question. He was speaking on the topic of ‘Meaning of Ayodhya verdict’ in a program organized by Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini. He explained the background in Ayodhya case with the help of a projector.

Adv. Sovani said further, “Most of the claims of Muslims turned out to be futile; therefore, Judge S. U. Khan had said in the end that Muslims should now think about the whole matter seriously and do introspection. Few Hindus attending the program showed their strong displeasure on one-third of the disputed land being given to Muslims.
