Kamareddi (AP): Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha held successfully

Kamareddi (Andhra Pradesh) : Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha was conducted successfully in Kamareddi of Nizamabad (Indur) district of Andhra Pradesh on Sunday 31 October 2010. The Sabha was conducted at Boys High School Grounds of Kamareddi Town. More than 1000 Proud Hindus were present for the Dharmasabha.  The main Speakers of the sabha were Sri Sri Sri Srinivasa Tridandi Vratadhara Ramanuja Jeeyar Swamiji, Sri Brahmananda Saraswati Swamiji of Arsha Gurukulam, Mr. Chetan Janardan of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Mrs. Vinuta Shetti of Sanatan Sanstha.

The Sabha started with Deep Prajwalan. Sri Sri Sri Srinivasa Tridandi Vratadhara Ramanuja Jeeyar Swamiji of Jagannath Math, Bhagyanagar did the Deep-prajwalan. Vedamantras were recited by Vedmurti Anjaneya Sharma and the compeering was done by Mrs. Uma and Kum. Gayatri. Mrs. Soumya Kuduravalli, representative of Pro-Hindu periodical Sanatan Prabhat was felicitated by Sri Sri Sri Jeeyar Swamiji. Later she spoke on being felicitated. Mr. Vuppala Haridhar and Mr.Nittu Krishnamohan felicitated the special invitees present for the Sabha.

Unity in Hindus is the necessity of the moment and all the Hindus should unite leaving behind caste, creed, place, status and political affiliation and thrive to protect the Dharma and thereby Hindus. This was the clarion call given by Sri Sri Sri Srinivasa Tridandi Ramanuja Jeeyar Swamiji of Jagannath Math, Bhagyanagar.

Sri Brahmananda Saraswati Swamiji of Arsha Gurukulam, Vadluru, Kamareddi who spoke on this occasion said that everything which is now told as western origin has actually originated in Bharatavarsha long back. Swamiji gave example of Aero plane which was invented long before even the Wright Brothers were born. He emphasised on the need of following our ancient culture and stop the blind following of western culture.

Shri Chetan Janardan of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti said that more than 30,000 temples in Andhra Pradesh have been took over by the AP government and the funds coming through these temples are being misused and diverted to Subsidy for HAJ pilgrimage and Jerusalem Pilgrimage. He also said that a lot of Executive officers appointed by the AP Govt to these temples are converted Christians who in turn are appointing their relatives for jobs in temples. When Mr. Chetan Janardan emphasised the need to ban Fire-crackers with photos of deities, all the people chorusly took oath not to purchase Fire-crackers with photos of deities.

Mrs. Vinutha Shetti of Sanatan Sanstha told in her address that due to impact of Foreign culture we have forgotten our Glorious Hindu culture and become slaves of Foreign culture. We celebrate Birthday, New Year etc in western style which has no spiritual background or importance of its own. She told that Spiritual Practice and doing Dharmacharan is of utmost importance and each and every Hindu should follow this for a Blissful Living.

• Police personnel who came for Security purpose were keenly hearing the lectures and also purchased Satvik Vastu and Books at the Dharmasabha
• Though there was cloudy and stormy weather there was no rain during the Dharmasabha.
• People were standing in Queue for Hindu Chetana  Panchang (An Unique Panchang released by Hindu Chetana Trust). When all the Panchangs were sold out people were giving their names and contact numbers for advance booking of Panchang.
• There was a overwhelming response for the Exhibition on Dharmashikshan Posters and FACT exhibition at the venue.
• At the venue when people of the town met each other they greeted each other by doing Namaskar. Whenever somebody would offer a handshake the other would remind him of doing namaskar.
• Devout Hindus who had attended the other Dharmasabha conducted by HJS also came a few days before the sabha and participated actively in the Dharmasabha Seva.
• The Food arrangements for HJS Activists was done by Kaveri Udupi Hotel for 2 weeks and The Gunj Vartaka Sangham gave Dharmashala for residential purpose of HJS activists.
• Mr. Mukesh and Mr. Naresh Goud who were relatively very new toiled day-night along with the HJS activists for the prasar of Dharmasabha.
