#InjusticeOnHindus trends on 5th position among Top 10 ‘Twitter’ trends

Devout Hindus condemn injustice being done to Hindus through ‘Twitter trend’

Mumbai : Today, we observe injustice being done to Hindus at various places in India though Hindus are in majority in this country. Hindus celebrate different festivals from Navaratri to Diwali. South-East and South-Central railway has therefore, increased cost of platform tickets from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 20/- between 20thSeptember and 31st October 2017 so as to put curb over crowds. On one hand, the Government gives grant for Haj pilgrimage whereas rates of tickets are hiked during Hindus’ festivals. Hindus enraged due to such injustice, registered their protest on #InjusticeOnHindus by posting ‘tweets’ from the night of 2nd October and within some time, it was seen in among the first ten trends (issue discussed more on Twitter) by holding 5th place for a long time. Volunteers of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and seekers of Sanatan Sanstha took part in the campaign.

Hindus not only registered protest regarding discrimination by railway but they also registered protest against attacks on Hindus; criticism on ‘Gou-rakshaks’; silence observed by mass media and secularists on injustice done to Hindus. Thus, ‘Trend’ was an attempt to expose injustice done to Hindus. Awareness was also created amongst Hindus towards need for unity for establishment of Hindu Rashtra; so as to bring change in pathetic condition of Hindus. The subject reached nearly 50 lakh Hindus through #InjusticeOnHindus trend, claimed few Hindus on ‘Twitter’.
