Lectures were held in many districts of Maharashtra for celebrating Navratri festival and for knowing the importance of worshipping Goddess, at individual level. Ranaragini Division of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) presented self-defence demos at various places. Exhibition of ‘flex’-boards was also held at many places with matter related to ‘Dharmashikshan’ written on them. This drive undertaken by Sanatan Sanstha and HJS received spontaneous response from devout Hindus. Today, we will see the response received to the drive for propagation of spirituality undertaken at Bhandup, Solapur and Phalatan.
Devout Hindus from Bhandup show interest in taking active part after watching flex boards- exhibition
Bhandup : Flex-boards exhibition on ‘Dharmashikshan’ was held at Shivneri Compound by ‘Samartha Mitra Mandal’ and at Tembhipada by ‘Jwala Mitra Mandal’ where flex-boards displayed matter regarding worshipping of Devi. Hundreds of devotees visited the exhibition; amongst them were Shri. Balkrushna Bane, Director of ‘Parag’ School, Shri. Santosh Brid, the President of ‘Swami Berozgar Seva Sahakari Sanstha’ and other dignitaries.
Shri. Santosh Brid sponsored 5 flex-boards regarding life history of revolutionaries, after visiting the exhibition and granted permission for holding even book-exhibition for two days. He explained importance of ‘sattvika’ products of the Sanstha to his colleagues and they too bought those products.
Lecture held at Bhandup and Kharghar
Dr. Lakshman Jathar gave lecture at the residence of Shri. Sanjay Gothivadekar, who is a reader of weekly ‘Sanatan Prabhat’, from Bhandup. His 12 relatives were present for the lecture. All were happy to gain knowledge about Navratri as per spiritual science. They also showed interest in buying books and other products of Sanatan so also subscribing to weekly Sanatan Prabhat.
Lectures were held at three ‘Navratrotsav Mandals’ in Kharghar area of Navi Mumbai.
Lectures and self-defence demos held by Ranaragini Division in Raigad District
Ranaragini Division promoted by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) held lectures at Padagha, Taloja Majkur, Khanda Colony, Kalamboli village, Kalamboli Colony, Khidukpada village etc and also conducted demos on self-defence training which is the need of the hour. More than 650 men and women attended the lectures and demos.
Devout Hindus participating in ‘Dharmaprasar’ activities
1. Shri. Vijay Bhoir sponsored 22 flex-boards prepared by Sanatan Sanstha on ‘Dharmashikshan’ and displayed them at the places where the festival was celebrated.
2. Shri. Sanjay Ugalekar invited HJS volunteers for lecture, on the day of ‘Shastra-pujan’. He also commended HJS activities and showed interest in having lecture on every Saturday in his area.
3. Sou. Priya Bhoir, a municipal councilor sponsored 200 copies of booklet on ‘Science of Devi-pujan’.
4. Shri. Baban Mukadam sponsored 100 booklets and distributed them among festival committees in his area.
5. Shri. Gopal Bhagat, a municipal councilor sponsored 50 booklets and organized a lecture.

Lecture held at College of Agricultural Engineering
On 27th September, Sou. Manisha Bobade and Shri. Mangesh Khandare of HJS gave guidance to students of ‘Krushi Tantraniketan’; explaining to them the science of Navratri festival and how to prevent malpractices taking place during celebration of this festival so as to seek grace of Goddess. They also explained that the purpose of playing ‘Garba’ dance was to praise the Goddess; but nowadays, people dance on film songs. Many perverted things have made way in celebration of this festival which leads to drawing wrath of the Goddess.
Professors Jadhav, Kapase and Sou. Manisha Gade of ‘Krushi Tantraniketan’, along with more than 60 students, attended the guidance.
Solapur
Appeal made through banners by ‘Jeevan Sangram Mandal’ for advertising about lecture
Sou. Anita Bunage of HJS addressed at Jeevan Sangram Hanuman Mandir and the program was concluded with Shri Bhavanidevi’s pujan and collective singing of ‘aarti’. More than 50 young men and women attended the program. HJS members were felicitated after the program with ‘sreefal’ and flower-bouquet.

2. Shri. Pramod Salgar, a ‘Hindutvavadi’ lauded HJS activities and various drives undertaken by it. He also said that everyone should realize importance of ‘Dharmashikshan’ and abide by Dharma.
3. ‘Jeevan Sangram Mandal’ had displayed a big board for advertising about the lecture.
