New Delhi : Big banners with indecent photo of actress Sunny Leone have been displayed in Gujarat during the holy festival of Navaratri celebrated by Hindus; advertising for ‘Manforce’ condoms and it has also been written on these banners ‘Play Navaratri with love’. Actress Leone has been disturbing sanctity of Hindus’ festival and action should be taken against Leone and ‘Mankind’ Company manufacturing ‘Manforce’ condoms. The above demand was made during demonstrations staged under auspices of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan (RHA)’ on 23rd September at Jantar Mantar, Delhi and on 24th September at Dhanbad. Spontaneous response was received for demonstrations from devout Hindus. Members of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Sanatan Sanstha, RSS and ‘Swadeshi Jagaran Manch’ joined the demonstrations at Dhanbad.
Other demands made in RHA
1. Ban imposed by Mamata Banerjee Govt. on immersion of Shri Durgadevi idols on the day of Moharum should be immediately lifted.
2. Permanent solution should be found against love jihad
3. Action should be taken against constant attacks on Hindus’ temples and festivals in Uttar Pradesh.
