Hindus from Nevasa (Budruk) resolve to awaken valour for establishment of Hindu Rashtra
Nevasa (Bu.) (Dist. Nagar) : Days like ‘Shiva-pratap Din’ i.e. Day commemorating slaying of Afzal Khan need to be observed if apt reply is to be given to terrorist attacks like of 26/11, stated Kum. Pratiksha Korgaonkar of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) while addressing Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha held on 26th November to celebrate ‘Shiva-pratap Din’.
Shri. Santosh Pandure, a ‘Gou-rakshak’ garlanded the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Sou. Anandi Wankhede explained various activities undertaken by HJS to members of audience. Kum. Chaitali Dubey and Shri. Rahul Marathe did compeering of the ‘sabha’ which was attended by about 250 people and it was concluded with taking oath of establishment of Hindu Rashtra.
Highlights
1. ‘Shri Vishweshwar Nathbaba Devasthan’ provided hall for free and Shri. Rajabhau Upadhye provided tables and mats.
2. The ‘sabha’ was organized by youth from ‘Dharmashikshan’ class.
3. 98% audience of the ‘sabha’ was youth members.
4. In the meeting held after the ‘sabha’, it was decided to hold ‘Shaurya-jagaran’ work-shop on 2nd December. Youth members showed interest in attending self-defence classes.
5. Local MLA Balasaheb Murkute from Nevasa paid visit to the venue of the ‘sabha’.
