‘Pravin Academy’ renders public apology for denigrating holy ‘mantras’ of Hindus

Jalgaon (Maharashtra) : The local devout Hindus got together and lodged a complaint with the ‘Zilha Peth’ police station of their religious sentiments getting hurt due to the denigration of Hindu ‘mantras’ by a private coaching class named ‘Pravin Academy’. The director of the coaching class rendered public verbal apology to all devout Hindus with an assurance to not do such thing again.

(Congratulations to alert devout Hindus for lodging complaint with the police! Other Hindus should learn from the incident. – Editor SP) First the ‘Academy’ was asked to render an apology in writing but it was refused; therefore, devout Hindus decided to seek legal advice.

The said coaching class had held a camp in which while presenting an experiment by Andha-shraddha Nirmulan Samiti (ANiS), the holy ‘mantras’ were denigrated and recited in distorted form like ‘Om Gangeya Namah:’, ‘Om Yamuney Namah’ and ‘Om Hagrey Namah’ . A child-seeker of Sanatan Sanstha, Master Shubham Komti, attending the coaching class said to his teachers that it was denigration and such thing should not be done; but the teachers bullied him and asked to keep quiet. Shubham and his friends were called by Director Patil and were questioned. Shubham tried to explain to him that making mockery of the ‘mantras’ was denigration but the director did not agree. Later, when Shubham went back to the classroom, he was made fun of by another teacher and was mentally harassed. As Shubham’s parents Mr. and Mrs. Komati learnt about it, they along with Shiv Sena zonal chief Mr. Mohan Tiwari, Mr. Sumit Sagavekar of HJS, all devout Hindus from Shanipeth Mitra Mandal, advocates Govind Tiwari, Pankaj Patil and Girish Nagori lodged a complaint with Zilha Peth Police Station against ‘Pravin Academy’s director Patil and Bhadane of ANiS. The police called director Patil to the police station and made him realize his mistake when he openly rendered verbal apology; but refused to give ‘sorry letter’ in writing. The police, however, took such letter from him in writing but its copy was not handed over to the pro-Hindus.
