Shri Hanuman temple on Jogeshwari – Vikroli link road demolished

Is it appropriate to demolish only Hindu religious places on the pretext to Court order ?

Mumbai : Shri Hanuman temple on Jogeshwari – Vikroli link road linking east and west Mumbai suburbs since last many years has been demolished as per the court order on 14th December. The traffic was held up for 4 hours then.

It is said that, the said temple was causing traffic jam. When the demolition commenced by the Municipality, local resident gathered there in large numbers. Therefore along with Municipality officers, employees police were appointed. (There is a court order to remove the sirens on mosques; will the Municipality show the courage of removing those sirens with police arrangement ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
