Pro-Hindus welcome the mammoth rally by showering flowers, garlands

Nipani (Dist. Belaguam, Karnataka) : On the grounds of Municipal High School, Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha (sabha)’ has been organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti on Wednesday, 24th November 2010. A mammoth rally was taken out on the occasion from Sriram Mandir to make people aware about the ‘sabha’. Many eminent devout Hindus welcomed the rally by garlanding the ‘Dharma-dhvaj’ carried at the start of the rally, flowers were showered as also crackers were burst. ‘Puja’ of the ‘Dharma-dhvaj’ was performed with recitation of ‘mantras’ by Pujya Vilas Vitekari Maharaj and Mr. Pranav Manavi, the city-secreatry of BJP. The ‘puja’ of ‘Dharma-rath’ was performed by Mr. and Mrs. Sandip Potdar, seekers of Sanatan Sanstha. The rally was taken through various parts of the town like Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj Chowk, Rani Chennamma Chowk, Gandhi Chowk, Guruwar Peth, Dalal Peth, Tanaji Chowk, Old Bus Stand via Shivaji Chowk and concluded at Belgaum Naka. Mr. Pranav Manavi and Mr. Dhananjay Harshe of HJS addressed the rally that ended with singing of ‘Vande Mataram’. Other dignitaries present on the occasion were Mr. Prasannakumar Gujar of BJP, Mr. Somnath Shimpugade and Mr. Raosaheb Vasekar of Shubhakari Mitra Mandal and Mr. Avinash Powar, Mr. Anil Budake etc. of HJS.
