Only Hindus have the right to kill snakes who have forced themselves into this country ! – H. B. P. Kanhaiyya Maharaj
Inauguration of Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha by lighting a Samai (an oil lamp) |
Kanalada (Dist. Jalgaon, Maharashtra): Hindus are very tolerant; but if they are provoked, they will never tolerate such thing. If a snake is found in any house, the landlord of that house only kills the snake. Similarly, Hindus are in majority in this country. Only Hindus have the right to eliminate the snakes in the form of followers of other relgions who have barged into this country. The above intense thoughts were expressed by H. B. P. Kanhaiyya Maharaj from Shendurni (Dist. Jalgaon). He was guiding the Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) on the grounds of Adarsh Vidyalaya. Mr. Sumit Sagavekar of HJS and Mr. Uday Badgujar of Sanatan Sanstha shared the dais with him. The ‘sabha’ was attended by about 3000 devout Hindus.
The ‘sabha’ began with blowing of conch; followed with lighting of lamp and recitation of ‘Veda-mantras’. Mr. Uday Badgujar explained how the Government was trying to hatch a conspiracy against Sanatan Sanstha and impatient to impose ban on the Sanstha. He also warned that it was the turn of Sanatan now, tomorrow, it could be turn of someone else. Mr. Sumit Sagavekar said that ‘Dharmacharan’ and Hindu unity were the only remedies for ‘jihadi’ terrorism and attacks on Hindu Dharma; and HJS has been engaged in the same task.
