Overwhelming response to Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha in Bangalore

Bangalore: Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha was conducted successfully at Balakrishna Ranga Mandir, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore on 4th December.  The Sabha received an overwhelming response with over 1300 devout Hindus attending the Sabha.

The Sabha commenced with lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries. The dignitaries included Parama Pujya Shivaanubhava Charamurthy Sri Manniranjana Pranavasvaruupi Dr Sri Shaantaveera Mahaswami, Mr. Mohan Gowda, Karnataka State spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Mrs. Suma Manjesh of Sanatan Sanstha and Ms. Kavita of Sanatan Prabhat. Pujya Rajendra Shinde, Sanatan Sanstha’s Saint was honored on this occasion.  The book “What to do to get peaceful sleep?” in Kannada language was also released.

Protection of Hindu temples and Hindus is crucial ! – Parama Pujya Shivaanubhava Charamurthy Sri Manniranjana Pranavasvarupi Dr Sri Shaantaveera Mahaswami

The Chief Guest for the Sabha was Parama Pujya Shivaanubhava Charamurthy Sri Manniranjana Pranavasvarupi Dr Sri Shaantaveera Mahaswami, President – Aagama Salaha Samiti, Govt of Karnataka, Presiding head Sri Kolada Matha Mahaasansthaan. He discussed in detail the present deplorable state of temples in Karnataka. He explained how the government is using the temple funds, donated by Hindu devotees, for the welfare of other religions and the temple priests are paid very less. He urged that one should not assume that once government takes over the temples, Puja will continue to be performed as it is currently taking place. Further, due to temple takeover by the Government, the temple priests can be transferred from one temple to another at any time as if it is like any other government job. Further he said that anyone who attacks or opposes Hindu Dharma, even if it the Chief Minister or Prime Minister, should be crushed. He appreciated the enormous work undertaken by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti for the sake of Hindu Dharma.

Establishment of Dharma Rajya is the need of the hour ! – Mr. Mohan Gowda, Karnataka State Spokesperson, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti

Mr. Mohan Gowda highlighted the current pathetic state of our nation where Corruption has reached the peak. Even after 64 years of Independence the nation is plagued by innumerable scams and corruption and proves that democracy is not suitable. He explained how the establishment of Dharma Rajya is inevitable in such a scenario. He detailed how this mammoth task is being undertaken by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti through various activities and Dharma Sabhas in particular.

Sanatan Sanstha’s relentless activities for individual and collective spiritual progress, protection of nation and Dharma since the last two decades ! – Mrs. Suma Manjesh, Sanatan Sanstha

Mrs. Suma Manjesh enlightened the role of the media and government in declaring Sanatan Sanstha as involved in the Margao bomb blasts even though National Investigative Agency (NIA) had clearly stated the non involvement of Sanatan. She expressed gratitude to all the Devout Hindus, and lawyers who supported and stood firmly behind Sanatan Sanstha during these difficult times. She discussed the pitiable current state of our nation wherein working for the sake of Hindutva is itself considered a major crime. Be it singing Vande Mataram, displaying of Shivaji Maharaj killing Afzal khan, demanding for statue of Shivaji Maharaj etc. all this amounts to committing a crime. She explained in details the various activities of Sanatan Sanstha and the scientific spiritual research since the last two decades which is now being accepted world over.

Sanatan Prabhat is the torchbearer of Hindu Dharma ! – Ms. Kavita

Kum. Kavitha representing Sanatan Prabhat explained how this periodical is being published despite constant attacks by the media and various political parties. She highlighted the innumerable obstacles and difficulties faced such as attacks on the publication, stopping of advertisements by the Goa government, imprisonment of the seekers involved in the publication etc. She urged all Hindus to participate in the mission by sending articles for publication in Sanatan Prabhat.

Other dignitaries present in the Sabha included Maata Tejasvi, Anti Corruption Committee, Basava Kalyaan, Karnataka,  Mr. Sreenivasa Reddy of Bharat Svabhimaan, Chief, Karnataka state, Mrs. Prabhamani of Ahalya mahila mandal, Mrs. Gouri of Vikasa Sangha, and Mrs. Gaayatri of Chandrashekhar Bhajanaa Mandali.

The program concluded with singing of Vande Mataram.

Highlights:

  • One Devout Hindu came from Kolar, which is four hours from the Dharma Sabha venue. He did seva after the Dharma Sabha and left for home after midnight. He has offered to devote full time for Hindu dharmakarya with Hindu Janajagruti Samiti.
  • Kolar Gold Fields corporator offered free support for Samiti’s activities hereafter and also invited the Samiti to conduct Dharma Sabha in Kolar Gold Fields.
  • Mr. Guruprasad, Assistant Editor of Karnataka watch, expressed his feeling that the ever since his first contact with samiti volunteers, he is amazed at the amount of love and affection from them which is totally different from other hindu organizations with which he has been in touch with till now. He is keen to continue seva with the Samiti in future as well.
  • A retired 81 year old Sanskrit professor came with his wife and greatly appreciated Samiti’s efforts. On the previous day, he had performed pooja to dharmarath in the Ranga mandir.
  • One Devout Hindu, who has been troubled by people belonging to other religions, declared that Hindus who say Shanti Shanti should first come and live where he does and only then preach about Shanti to others.
  • Even after the Sabha was over, people kept coming in to see the exhibits and bought various holy books and Sattvik products.
  • There was an exceptionally good response to the exhibition regarding vaastu shuddhi and all the material were distributed before the end of the sabha.
  • Majority of Hindus who remained for the interaction after the Sabha were ladies.
  • Many devout Hindus volunteered and have given their telephone numbers saying they are just a call away from any work related to Hindutva.
  • The attendees also suggested that the Samiti should go to IT companies and provide knowledge about our Dharma and create awareness amongst the youth.
  • Some attendees also requested the Samiti to make a plan to impart Dharma shikshan in our schools and colleges.
  • Devout Hindus attending the Sabha expressed their earnest desire that the Samiti should start Balasanskar, Dharma sikshan classes and self defense training in Rajarajeshwari Nagar.
