Vardha: HJS’s Dharmarakshan Rally to mark Rani Lakshmi Bai birth anniversary

Vardha (Maharashtra): Hindu Janajagruti Samiti recently organized a ‘Dharma-rakshan’ rally in Vardha on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Rani Lakshmibai. About 200 workers took part in the rally. Flowers were showered on the route of the rally at many places.

The rally began with performing ‘puja’ of the ‘Dharma-dhvaj’ by H. B. P. Yogesh Maharaj Salegaonkar, H. B. P. Narayanbuva Ladhi Maharaj and H. B. P. Eknath Maharaj Dikkar. Mr. Shrikant Pisolkar of HJS was also present. Incidents from revolutionary life of Rani Lakshmibai were narrated making an appeal to women to get ‘Dharmashikshan’ and become self-sufficient.

H. B. P. Shri. Yogesh Maharaj Salegaonkar said at the conclusion of the rally that women were being attacked even during day time these days; but society is unable to protect them; therefore, they should keep Rani Lakshmibai as their ideal and follow ‘Dharmacharan’ by taking ‘Dharmashikshan’ so that they can take care of themselves using their inner strength. H. B. P. Ladhi Maharaj also expressed his views. The rally was ended with singing of ‘Vande Mataram’.
