If we think of judiciary alone, then during the period of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj or Ahilyabai Holkar justice was very severe and apt. That is not the picture anymore. Therefore to bring change in every system in Democracy, we have to try to establish Hindu Rashtra like Ramrajya once again, said National Guide of HJS Sadguru (Dr.) Charudatta Pingle.
