Pujya Thambiranthozar Kapilanar, an ardent Shiva devotee, affectionately called as Sivapuram Iyaa by his devotees came to India from Srilanka. He has an ashram and Gurukul at Thiruvannamalai.
On 8.4.2018, Dr. Karthikeyan, a Hindutwawadi arranged for a meeting with the Swamiji. Pujya (Sou) Uma Ravichandran went along with him to meet the Swamiji at his Chennai ashram to invite for the Hindu Adiveshan. Swamiji spoke at length and shared his spiritual experiences of how Lord Shiva saved his life and commanded him to spread Sivanism (spiritual practice concept advocated by him) in Tamilnadu and transform the place into a Shiva bhoomi. He also shared information about the intense subtle war that is going on.
Once he was arrested by the former Chief Minister Karunanidhi for some remarks posted against him in youtube by his aides when massive massacre happened in Srilanka in the final encounter.
His teachings and spiritual guidance are centred around the tamil holy script ‘Thiruvasagam’ written by ardent Nayanmar, Manickavasagar. He guides his devotees as to how to transform day-to-day living into worship of God.
A brief introduction about Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu adiveshan was given to him. He gave some of his books and audio CDs. He told that if Lord Shiva permits he will be able to come and attend the adiveshan.
