Muzaffarnagar (Uttar Pradesh) : It is the duty of the Central Government to officially declare India as a Hindu Rashtra, since culture followed by majority population of a country has been considered as the base of that country in the whole world. So also religion followed by majority population of a country has been treated as the foundation of nationality of a country all over the world and same policy should be followed even in India. The above views were expressed by Sadguru (Dr.) Charudatta Pingale, National Guide of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) while addressing a debate session jointly held by HJS and Bhagavanti Saraswati Vidya Mandir.
All speakers emphasized on the point that establishment of Sanatan Dharma at national level would only lead to overall progress of this country. Prof. Rameshwar Mishra, former advisor of the Central Government on cultural matters said, “Every country in Europe is an official sentinel of one or the other Sect of Christianity. Every Muslim country is protector of Islam and every Buddhist country is official protector of Buddhism. Similarly, Indian Government should also protect Sanatan Dharma and take help of traditions followed under Sanatan Dharma, for outlining education and judicial system of this country.” Shri. Satyapal Sharma and Dr. M. K. Taneja also addressed the program. Compeering of the program was done by Shri. Sanjiv Sharma and ‘thanks-giving’ by Dr. Preeti Chaudhari. Large number of local residents attended the program.
