Make use of own valour seeking God’s grace ! – Sumit Sagavekar, HJS
Dombivali : Hindus’ festivals like ‘Vijaya Dashami’, ‘Narak Chaturdashi’ etc are celebrated to awaken valour in us. There is nothing greater than valour. Deities have given us weapons for awakening that valour. We have to establish Hindu Rashtra with such awakened valour. We have exhibited valour whenever need for it arose. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj exhibited valour for destroying 5 kingdoms, with grace of God. We too have to show valour with God’s grace, stated Shri. Sumit Sagavekar of HJS while explaining the purpose of holding drive of ‘Shaurya-jagaran (awakening valour)’ and its need. ‘Shaurya-jagaran’ drive was undertaken by HJS at Raghavendra swami Mutt, Kopar Road, Dombivali (West) to commemorate birthday of ‘Paratpar Guru’ Dr. Athavale. 15 devout Hindus participated in this drive. The program was started with blowing of conch. Shri. Hemant Pujari did compeering of the program. Shri. Niranjan Chodankar explained views of ‘Paratpar Guru’ Dr. Athavale on establishment of Hindu Rashtra. Shri. Abhijit Bhojane gave guidance on spiritual practice.
Demos were staged on how to fight back different situations in daily life and self-defence. Participants were made to take part in demos for their learning. The program was concluded with all participants taking oath of becoming committed to the mission of establishment of Hindu Rashtra.
Highlights
1. CD on the mission undertaken by ‘Paratpar Guru’ Dr. Athavale was shown during the program.
2. Exhibition on life history of revolutionaries was also put up at the venue.
3. Participants raised slogans of ‘Har Har Mahadev’ during self-defence training.
4. Participants were asked to recite ‘Om’ and chant ‘Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevay’ during the program.

1. Felt energetic after self-defence training.
2. Felt more strength during self-defence training than felt at other times.
3. Felt confidence that ‘Can fight any no. of enemy’.
4. Remembered Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj while raising slogans and felt as if we are ‘mawlas’.
5. Learnt the true meaning of valour and spiritual practice.
Special prayers offered by ‘Hindutvavadis’ at Hanuman Mandir, Padgha (Panvel)
Panvel : On 12th May, devout Hindus and ‘Hindutvavadis’ offered special prayers to Lord Hanuman at Hanuman Mandir, Padgha. Shri. Shrikrushna Upadhye of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) explained the purpose and importance of making such prayer to Hanuman. Shri. Krushna Patil (former Sarpanch of Padgha), a devout Hindu, advertiser and well-wisher of Sanatan offered such prayer in the presence of temple-priest, with recitation of ‘mantras’. Sou. Mohini Mandhare of HJS gave information on ‘Hindu Rashtra-jagruti Abhiyan’. 13 ‘Hindutvavadis’ and other devotees were present on the occasion.
Shri. Shrikrushna Kadam and Shri. Sunil Vishwanath Bhoir, a ‘Hindutvavadi’ made a demand for organizing ‘Shaurya-jagaran (awakening valour)’ work-shop and took initiative in making arrangements for hall and its advertisement. Next meeting on the subject will be held on 18th May.

Special prayer to Shri Mahakalidevi and Shri Durgadevi at Chandrapur !
Chandrapur : On the occasion of 76th birthday of ‘Paratpar Guru’ Dr. Athavale, Sanatan Sanstha’s seekers and activists of HJS offered special prayers to Shri Mahakalidevi. Such special prayers were also offered at Shri Durga Mandir, Shri Ganesh Mandir and Shriram Mandir.
Lectures were held on behalf of Sanatan Sanstha at Shri Bhavanimata Mandir, Hanuman Mandir and Shri Radhakrushna Mandir, on the topic of ‘Spiritual practice for happy life’.
Under campaign of ‘Rashtra-Dharma-jagruti’ in the background of birthday celebrations, drive was undertaken by Sanatan Sanstha for cleaning of Hanuman Mandir, Shri Durga Mandir, Shri Ganesh Mandir, Shriram Mandir and Shri Radhakrushna Mandir.
