HJS had organized ‘Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha’ on the grounds of Primary School at Kasheli in Bhiwandi taluka. H. B. P. Pardesi Maharaj addressed the ‘sabha’. Mrs. Alpana Joshi of Sanatan Sanstha and Mr. Prasad Vadake of HJS shared the dais with Maharaj. The ‘sabha’, that started with blowing of conch, lighting of lamp followed with recitation of ‘Veda-mantras’, was attended by about 125 devout Hindus. Mr. Vadake enlightened the members of audience on the present condition of Hindus, denigration of Hindu Deities, ‘love jihad’ etc. Mrs. Joshi of Sanatan spoke about how the secular Congress Government was keen to impose ban on the ‘Sanstha’ although it was motivating people to follow ‘Dharmacharan’. Mr. Abhijit Bhojane explained various activities undertaken by HJS. Mrs. Supriya Gaikwad did compeering of the ‘sabha’ and Miss Nalini Raut sang the national song ‘Vande Mataram’ to conclude the ‘sabha’.
