Prayers offered at various temples during ‘Hindu Rashtra Jagruti Abhiyan’

Special prayers offered to Deities in various temples on the occasion of birthday festival of ‘Paratpar Guru’ Dr. Jayant Athavale : Temples visited at Panvel, Dombivali, Sangli, Kolhapur and Satara

Panvel : Vaishakh Krushna Saptami i.e. 7th May is the birthday of ‘Paratpar Guru’ Dr. Jayant Athavale, the source of inspiration for the mission of establishment of Hindu Rashtra. Under the auspices of ‘Hindu Rashtra Jagruti Abhiyan 2018’ undertaken to commemorate this occasion, special prayers were offered to Deities at different temples by all devout Hindus and patriotic citizens from Panvel, with the aim of establishment of Hindu Rashtra (Sanatan Dharmarajya) for  welfare of whole mankind and for protection of righteous Hindus.

Shri Balaji Mandir : Shri. Jaiprakash Sharma, Shri. Dhanaraj Jadhav, the temple managers and Shri. Ravishankar Tiwari, Shri. Veerendra Tiwari, priests of this temple; besides Shri. Umesh Sharma, the host along with Shri. Anil Khuntale, the President of ‘Abhinav Mitra Mandal’, Shri. Mrunal Chaudhari, a devout Hindu and Shri. Balwant Pathak of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) were present on the occasion.

Shiv Mandir, Sanatan Sankul, Devad : Sanatan’s seekers from Sanatan Sankul, activists of HJS besides Shri. Sandip Waghmare, a social worker, were present on the occasion.

Shri Ganesh Mandir, Shiva Complex : Shri. Milind Poshe of HJS and other devout Hindus were present to offer special prayers to Shri Ganesh at this temple.

Sangli

Vaishakh Krushna Saptami (7.5.2018) is the birthday (76th) of ‘Paratpar Guru’ Dr. Jayant Athavale which is being celebrated in the form of a festival. On 1st May, prayers were made at different temples in Sangli, Kolhapur and Satara districts; for his long healthy life and for removal of all obstacles in establishment of Hindu Rashtra.

Special prayers were offered to local ‘Gramdaivat’ Ambamatadevi by 15 devout Hindus present on the occasion; so also, prayers were offered at the holy feet of Yallamma Devi at Ishwarpur when 30 devout Hindus were present; majority of them being women.

Malkapur (Dist. Kolhapur)

Devout Hindus praying to ‘Gram-devata’ Marimai

Special prayers were offered to ‘Gram-devata’ Marimai in that temple. Sou. Kamal Pandurang Gurav offered ‘Oti’ to the Goddess and Shri. Prasad Kulkarni of HJS explained about the prayer to be made. Devout Hindus viz. Shri. Dilip Kumbhar, Shri. Samir Dhanlobhe, former municipal councilor Shri. Bhagavan Sapate, Shri. Dinesh Shere, Shri. Prasad Tare and family members; priests viz. Shri Rahul Joshi and Shri. Pavan Vede; Shri. Ashish Kolwankar, Shri. Sudhakar Mirajkar and Shri. Anant Done were present on the occasion.

Satara

Shri Janani Kumbaljaimata, a ‘Swayambhu’ idol at Metgutad village near Mahabaleshwar was offered special prayers by 20 devout Hindus.

Lectures on ‘Spiritual practice for happy life’ held in Sangli and Kolhapur districts

Miraj (Sangli) : Sou. Ratna Bhangale gave lecture on ‘Spiritual practice for happy life’ at the residence of Sarpanch Shri. Sangappa Lokhande at Subhashnagar, Takali. Shri. Lokhande had made all arrangements for the lecture and it was attended by 24 devout women including Sunita Kulkarni, a reader of ‘Sanatan’ periodicals.

Kolhapur : On 26th April, Sou. Sadhana Pattanshetty held lecture on ‘Spiritual practice for happy life’ at the residence of Shri. Shivanand Swami at Uchgaon. It was attended by 18 devout Hindus. Similar lecture was held by Sou. Bhagyashree Gaikwad at the residence of Sou. Jyoti Deshpande at Kolhapur city on 1stMay which was attended by 20 ‘jidnyasus’.
