After partition and the Independence of India, the Indian Constitution was adopted in 1950. Forgetting the atrocities of the past, Hindus agreed to accept it with the hope of being given equal rights as was announced in it. However, under the pretext of secularism the minorities have been receiving special benefits, whereas Hindus are being suppressed. Today the jihadi extremists have become religious fighters (fidayeen) and are even prepared to give up their lives for their religion. We, lawyers need to become well-versed in our subject and become fighters in our courts, so that we can deliver justice to the Hindus. We should do this selflessly and whole-heartedly.
Lawyers should make efforts to stop the large scale conversions of Hindus in the country by demanding anti-conversion legislation. While speaking at the inauguration of the 2 day All India Lawyers’ conference held under the auspices of the Seventh All India Hindu Convention at the Vidyadhiraj Hall of the Ramnathi temple, Advocate Hari Shankar Jain, President, Hindu Front for Justice stated that they needed to make efforts to protect the future, by helping to establish a Hindu Rashtra.
Important points put forth by Advocate Hari Shankar Jain
- The ironical situation today is that whenever the verdict goes against Hindus then it is lauded as justice and whenever it is in favour of Hindus then it is dismissed as injustice. It is time now to propagate the slogan of ‘Hindus First’. Laws which do not deliver justice to Hindus need to be changed.
- The message has to go out strongly to the political parties that if Hindus are displeased then they will not be elected to power.
- The demon of ‘Secularism’ needs to be destroyed.
- As per the Sacchar Commission if Muslims are below the poverty line then where does money to build mosques everywhere, come from?
- While protecting Dharma if Hindus are called sectarian, then proudly admit it !
- Today the psyche of society leans towards Muslims, we need to put forth the Hindu thought.
- The Hindu scriptures need to be accessible to children. Do parents who take pride in their children reciting English poems ever feel that their children should recite Gayatri mantra, Hanuman Chalisa ?
- After Kairana’s (Uttar Pradesh) Loksabha bye-election results “Allah won, Ram lost” were slogans shouted. If we do not want to hear such slogans then we have to work towards a Hindu Rashtra.
