Udupi (Karnataka): A press meet was held at Udupi Patrakaar sangha sabhaangan on 30.12.2010. Mr. Vijay Kumar and Mr. Ravindra Kamat of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti as well as Mr. Shrinivas Gaanvaskar, Trustee of Sri Maastiyamma temple addressed the media. 17 representatives from newspapers and TV channels were present at the press meet.

Mr. Ravindra Kamat highlighted that the HJS has till now conducted more than 750 Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabhas in India as well as abroad. The objective of such meets is to awaken Hindus, unite them and to inspire them to work for the cause of nation building and protecting Dharma.

The Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha at Udupi is organised on 2 January 2011 at 5 PM. The venue for the Sabha is Board High School Grounds, Near Service Bus stand, Udupi, Karnataka. The speakers for the Sabha are :

1. Mr. Lakshmeesh Gabladka, Sullya – Famous orator
2. Mr. Raghavendra Acharya – Secretary, Neelaavar Goshaalaa
3. Mr. Mohan Gouda – Hindu Janajaagruti Samiti
4. Dr (Mrs.) Shrikala Joshi, Sanatan Sanstha
