Go to Court for Hindus’ demolished temples ! –Vishnu Shankar Jain, advocate, Supreme Court

Adv. Vishnu Shankar Jain

Vishnu Shankar Jain, spokesperson of ‘Hindu Front for Justice’ and advocate practicing in Supreme Court explained about a petition filed in Court on Taj Mahal being a temple of Lord Shiva. He said, “Taj Mahal is not an Islamic structure or a tomb built for Mumtaz but it is a place of Agreshwar Mahadev. It is Shiva-temple. ‘Hindu Front for Justice’ has filed a civil suit in Court. If any temple was destroyed in past history or taken over, a civil suit can be filed on behalf of such Deities since the property belongs to those Deities. Such provision is available and on its basis, we filed a case in Court. Hindus at other places can file similar suit. We have demanded through the petition filed by us that Hindus should get right to perform ‘puja’ in Taj Mahal; locked rooms in Taj Mahal should be opened; permission granted to Muslims for reading namaz should be withdrawn and Taj Mahal should be declared as property of Agreshwar Mahadev.” He also said that the so-called big pro-Hindu organizations were not ready to take any stand on this issue.

Misleading of Courts  !
In the year 2004, Muslims declared that Taj Mahal was property of Wakf Board. ‘Hindutvavadis’ from all over the nation and political parties didn’t say anything on such declaration. They kept quiet. Supreme Court, however, questioned the basis on which the property was claimed to be of Wakf Board, after petition was filed’. Muslims then made a ridiculous claim that it was so written by Shahjehan; therefore, order was issued to submit papers to that effect. Muslims are yet to submit relevant papers.

Indian Government’s two contradictory stands !
Union Culture Ministry made a statement that Taj Mahal was not a Hindu temple; whereas Indian Archaeology Dept has stated that Taj Mahal was taken over by Shahjehan from Raja Jaising.

Undertaking special drives for protection of minority Hindus and Sanskrut language is possible !

Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain said while explaining how an decision of Court which is not in favor of Hindus, can be used in another case in favour of Hindus, “Congress had, in its election manifesto for Karnataka State Assembly elections, promised to undertake few special drives only for Muslims. It was not within the principles of secularism; so, we asked for justice in Supreme Court. Supreme Court gave decision that special schemes could be undertaken for minority population. In this case, we didn’t get success but such decision of Supreme Court can be used for undertaking special schemes for Hindus in some States where they are in minority. Minority doesn’t mean only religion-wise but it includes even language-wise minority and special schemes can be planned even for Sanskrut language.

People coming on tourist VISA cannot propagate their religion. Foreign missionaries coming to India on missionary VISA are not allowed to work for spreading their religion in tribal areas in other States barring Nagaland and Manipur. This information was obtained under RTI. Later, Benhun, a Korean missionary and Denise Stephenson holding programs for missionary work at Bhagyanagar, was driven out of India, cancelling his programs. Few Pakistani missionaries were carrying on their missionary activities under the guise of meeting families and converting people. Such 168 Pakistani missionaries were sent back using RTI.  Missionaries using Government schemes in the name of SC/ ST were also exposed. We can stop work against Dharma by making good use of RTI Act.

Open condemnation of English daily newspaper ‘Hindustan Times’ for trying to defame Convention by publishing statements of those who called pro-Hindu organizations as nuisance ! – Ishwarprasad Khandelwal, President, Lashkar-e-Hind, Mumbai

Shri. Ishwarprasad Khandelwal

A press conference was held in Mumbai for spreading information about proposed all-India Hindu Convention. Hindustan Times, an English daily newspaper got feedback of Prakash Bal, a political analyst wherein he commented that pro-Hindu organizations were nuisance and the above newspaper published his statement. Hindustan Times published insulting statement about pro-Hindu organizations, without getting proper information; therefore, we openly condemn such newspaper, stated Shri. Ishwarprasad Khandelwal, the President of ‘Lashkar-e-Hind’.

BJP’s MLAs and municipal councilors created obstacles in organizing ‘Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha’ in Mumbai. Inability to grant permission for the ‘sabha’ was conveyed only on the previous night of the ‘sabha’, when advertising and publicity of ‘sabha’ was already done. It was told that permission would not be granted because topic of love jihad was to be taken up in it. It was decided to demolish one temple since it blocked road-widening which was also the venue of the ‘sabha’. Since all arrangements for the ‘sabha’ were done, they were requested to allow this ‘sabha’ in the temple but they didn’t agree and permission was refused. We therefore, decided to hold press conference about BJP’s not allowing the ‘sabha’. Permission was then granted in writing. After the ‘sabha’, BJP-MLA, who was opposing the ‘sabha’, said that there was opposition to demolish temple under the guise of road-widening.”  The above experience was narrated by Shri. Khandelwal.

Advocate Ramesh Pande, President of Kalinga Ashram of Brahmapur, Odisha said, “Out of districts in hilly region of Odisha State, ten districts are occupied by Christians, 10 districts are occupied by naxalites and ten districts in coastal area are occupied by fanatics.  Orphan and poor children are therefore, brought together and put up in an ashram as an activity under Hindu Dharma.”

Advocate Nilesh Sangolkar gave information on ‘Surajya (Good governance)’ drive and how it will be used for creating discontent against evil elements in society and to motivate people to stage agitations against such elements.
