Goodwill visit to Sanatan Ashram, Goa by Swami Vidnyananandaji and other VHP office bearers

Ramanathi (Goa): Swami Vidnyananandji, the Joint ‘Mahamantri’ of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), Mr. S. Vedantamji its Chief Executive and international coordinator, Mr. Shyamji Gupta, Joint General Secretary and Mr. B. L. Sharma ‘Prem’ a.k.a. Prem Singh ‘Sher’, the Editor of ‘Abhay Bharat’, a monthly news bulletin paid a visit to Sanatan’s ashram today and learnt about various activities undertaken by the ‘Sanstha’. The senior office bearers praised Sanatan’s activities and announced their support for future.

A meeting of Central trustees of VHP was held in Sri Ramnath Devasthan area between 7th and 9th January 2011 which was attended by the above officials. These officials paid a visit to the Sanatan Ashram in the morning and learnt about its activities carried out through different departments. Mr. Deepak Singh working in the Editorial Department of ‘Abhay Bharat’ was also present. Sanatan’s seeker Dr. Durgesh Samant and Mr. Pruthviraj Hazare, the group Editor of Sanatan’s periodicals explained to them about the activities. Thereafter, they were felicitated with shawl, coconut, flowers and mementos by Mr. Prakash Marathe, another Sanatan seeker. The program was compeered by a lady-seeker, Miss Yuvaradnyi Shinde.

Swami Vidnyanananda – He is engaged in ‘prasar’ activities in and outside India. He had also attended Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha organized by FHA in USA. He assured abroad seekers that he would extend support to their activities when he goes there. Praising Sanatan’s activities, he said, “I am very happy to meet all of you. Sanatan’s activities are good.”

Mr. Shyamji Gupta – After his felicitation, Mr. Shyamji Gupta said, “Hindu Dharma is the only Dharma in the world which can give peace to the whole Universe. You are doing ‘Dharmakarya’; therefore, I bow before you. We are not fit for this felicitation. I, however, pray to God to get such work done from us that would make us qualified for such felicitation. We are carrying a message of your love for all.”

Mr. S. Vedantam – You are doing a very good job. You have joined people together with the modesty in your seekers and the love that you are giving to everyone. We learnt this in our visit. We will come to you to learn this modesty and love.

Mr. B. L. Sharma – while speaking about oppose to Sanatan’s work by VHP, Mr. Sharma said, ” The teaching of Dr. Hedgewar, Founder of RSS is The work of Hindutva means RSS’s work i.e. Hindu Dharma’s work. If VHP activists will keep this fact in mind, there is not any reason to oppose Sanatan Sanstha’s activities.”

Mr. B. L. Sharma’s words of praise about H.H. Dr. Athavale, Sanatan Sanstha

H. H. Dr. Athavale is holiest saint on the earth. He is the incarnation of God. Work for Hindu Dharma can’t b carried out without blessings of such holy saints. Birth of such saints is very rare. We should take care of his health, as our ‘Seva’. Please tell me what I can do for this seva ?

To run a periodical is very difficult task. Even then, it is laudable that you are running so many editions of ‘Daily Sanatan Prabhat’.
