Cancel Shani Shinganapur shrine’s takeover by Govt; else face the wrath of not only Shanidev but also of Hindus ! : Demand of all ‘Hindutvavadis’
Kopargaon (Dist. Nashik)
Maharashtra Government, which boasts of being ‘Hindutvavadi’, has decided to take over management of Shri Shanaishwar Devasthan of Shani Shinganapur. Maharashtra Government has already taken over several temples in the name of their better management. The committees appointed by Government have, however, committed scams on large scale and looted temples’ funds. The Government, that doesn’t punish sinners looting temple-money, has no moral right to take over Shri Shanaishwar temple. The Government should therefore, immediately cancel its decision to take over Shri Shanaishwar Devasthan and hand it over to devotees for managing. It should also explain reasons for not taking action against looters of temple-funds and why the corrupt are still let loose; else the Government has to face wrath of not only Shri Shanidev but also of Hindus, stated Shri. Shivaji Ugale of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) while speaking during demonstrations staged by pro-Hindu organizations under auspices of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan’.
Representation was submitted to Shri. Shivaji Susare, the Nayab Tehsildar by Ratnakar Jangam of ‘Warkari Sampradaya’, Shri. Shivaji Ugale of HJS, Shri. Ashok Sonsalekar of ‘Yoga Vedanta Seva Samiti’, Shri. Dilip Sarangdhar of Sanatan Sanstha, Vaishali Katkade of ‘Ranaragini Division’, readers of ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ and several ‘Hindutvavadis’ present on the occasion.

Why the Govt. doesn’t take over prayer houses of non-Hindus ? – H.B.P Prasad Maharaj Bagul
