Chamarajanagar, Karnataka : Under the leadership of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, a vehicle rally was held at Chamarajanagar of Karnataka, on 11th January 2011. The objective of the rally was to awaken Hindus to the need to follow dharma and protect Hindu dharma and also to invite people to the Hindu Dharmasabha which was scheduled for 12th January.

About 30 vehicles were in the rally. The rally began at the Kolada Ganapati temple, passed to the main streets in the town and ended at the temple of the town deity (graamadevata) after a meeting.

Highlights :

1. The police were at the venue where the rally was supposed to begin, much much before the participants themselves arrived !
2. The policemen outnumbered the participants in the rally (Though this was intended to be and in reality also was a peaceful rally in which peace loving Hindus participated!)
