Mumbai (Maharashtra) : On the occasion of Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha scheduled at Parel on 30th January, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) had arranged a rally to advertise about the ‘sabha’. The rally began from Shiv Sena Shakha No. 201, T. J. Road, Sewree (East) by blowing a conch. Mr. and Mrs. Khanvilkar performed the ‘puja’ of the ‘Dharma-dhvaj’. Mr. Paras Rajput of Bajarang Dal garlanded the ‘Dharma-dhvaj’.

Invitation to the ‘Dharmajagruti Sabha’ was being extended to people on the loudspeaker. The banners exhibited by the workers were quite enlightening. The rally ended at Hanuman Temple and was converted into a small gathering. Mr. Prasad Mankar of HJS explained about the present condition of Hindu Dharma and guided the audience on efforts to be made to bring change. He also made an appeal to people to attend the ‘Dharmajagruti Sabha’ organized on 30th January. The rally ended with singing of ‘Vande Mataram’ and was attended by about 125 devout Hindus. Workers of ‘A-1 Mitra Mandal’ and Bajarang Dal participated in the rally.
